Job Description



6-8 years Experience



– Experience with process automations through tools implementation in the
areas of configuration & release, change management
– Experience with configuration & customization, integration, migration,
upgrades and support of one or more of following Rational Tools:
– ClearQuest-TestManager (CQTM) – customized workflow development,
Perl scripting / hooks, creation of email rules, queries, charts & reports
– Clear Quest
– Clear Quest Web
– Rational Application Developer (RAD)
– Requisite Pro
– Experience in tool integrations covering ClearCase UCM, RequisitePro,
CQTM, BuildForge, RMT, RFT & Project Console
– Good understanding of SDLC process models like RUP,



Job Activities

– Tool repository setup and configuration
– Develop / Configure reporting specific to team
– Response to Service Desk calls for incidents associated with above
tools
– Resolve incidents across incident categories like: Assistance,
Installation, Access, Application Error, Connectivity, etc

Provide training and mentoring for tools and practices
