User Interface Designer

Location: Jersey City

Duration: Long Term



The user interface designer will work with the Lead User Experience
designer and Information architect to create screen mockup and prototypes
for our next generation underwriting system?s user interfaces layer.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with User Experience Designer and lead Information Architect
on creating user interface screen designs.
- Implement/code screen mockups and prototypes.
- Ensure user interface guidelines and standards are followed during the
development phase.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in User Interface design for complex software
systems.
- Experienced in Photoshop, Dreamweaver or similar tools.
- Experienced in building AJAX based UI with ExtJS.
- Knowledge of software development process.
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and listening).
- Excellent organization skills with proven ability to manage multiple
concurrent projects and to adjust to frequent changes in project priorities.
