We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The HR generalist will be given both administrative as well as strategic responsibilities, helping the organization to plan and administer important functions, such as staffing, training and development, implementation of protocols and policies, and activities related to compensation and benefits. Roles & Responsibilities
Assisting in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations
Participation in development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing requirements of the organizations
Assisting in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs that is currently in place
Suggesting new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole, and to improve employee experience
Ensuring legal compliance of HR state and central regulations and applicable employment laws, and updating policies and/or procedures as required
Preparing paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth onboarding process for new hires, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience
Handling all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance
Providing an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters
Be the primary backup for payroll processing, including monthly and quarterly updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, tracking vacation/sick pay, importing expense reimbursements, inputting exceptions, hourly employee validations, and benefit changes
Assisting in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contributes to the development of policies
Handling confidential employee information, i.e., employee compensation, employee performance issues and benefits data.
Requirements and skills
1. MBA in HR
2. Proven 4-6 years experience in HR domain with healthcare industry.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proficiency in healthcare recruitment, Employee management, Workforce planning, Talent Acquisition, Critical situation evaluation, Conflict Management, Grievance Addresses, Performance mapping.
5. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Location: AJC Bose Road, Kolkata
Office timing: 10 am-7 pm, Monday-Saturday
Job Type: Full-time; Work from office
