Accounts Payable, Purchasing and Project Costing.
Manage the daily operations of the PeopleSoft Modules (i.e. Project
Costing, Accounts Payable and Purchasing). Perform system audits to ensure
data integrity. Assist with the administration of related budget ledgers.
Interfaces and reconciliations within the other PeopleSoft financial
modules. Work with the Director to oversee PeopleSoft reorganizations and
proper financial closings. Provide systems analysis and technical support,
including development of system reports

Manage daily operations of the PeopleSoft Project Costing, Accounts Payable
and Purchasing processes (i.e. cost collection, ensuring data integrity
between modules, ledger synchronization, exception reporting, production
jobs, etc.). Provide technical support to Controller’s Division functional
departments; troubleshoot issues related to Project Costing, Accounts
Payable and Purchasing PeopleSoft Modules

Assist Director with fame chartfield reorganizations, management of system
processes (i.e., Allocation timing, run controls, process scheduler
routines, etc.) and research and correct related system issues. Analyze
system overhead daily allocations and resolve data output variances

Perform daily data integrity testing and reviews (i.e., PeopleSoft table and
tree reviews, system interface testing and reconciliation, etc.). Research
and correct inter-system data exchanges
Required Experience 5 years professional level work with a Web delivered
financial system. 3-5 years professional level experience developing reports
using query-based language. Two years experience with PeopleSoft Project
Costing version 8.4 or higher.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent problem solving and
analytical skills. Good communication skills. Proficiency of relational data
base reporting tools.
