A leading tech company specialising in secure and efficient cross-border financial transactions is seeking a talented Finance Analyst/Accountant to join their team. The role requires in-depth financial analysis, thorough reconciliation of transactions and reports, and delivering data-driven insights that aid strategic business decisions. Candidates with a strong background in financial principles are encouraged to apply.

Minimum Requirements:
BachelorÂ’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field. An advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a finance or accounting role.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modelling and software tools.
Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating financial insights to a diverse audience.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
Analyse financial data to identify trends, provide recommendations, and forecast future financial conditions.
Work with various teams to optimize costs and enhance financial efficiency.
Manage and refine financial models and analytical tools to assess various company initiatives and projects.
Ensure adherence to financial laws and regulations, staying informed about regulatory updates.
Engage in regular financial audits and reconciliations.
Support the integration of new financial technologies and systems to improve process efficiency.
