Technical Skills Required:

9 10 years minimum performance testing experience with HP LoadRunner

3-5 years leading a performance testing team or 5-20 technicians

· Solid experience in mid to large sized testing teams

· Experience leading and organizing test team resources

· Demonstrated capability to drive out Test Strategies in a global
organization and to oversee the testing team activities and initiatives for
best practices

· Demonstrated examples of working with business users,
understanding requirements and helping deliver real solutions

· Strong Analytical capabilities

Technical Competencies

* *

· Experience in Testing web applications including applications in
Java, VB6, C# Dot Net.

· Strong knowledge of automated tools (HP tools including Load
Runner)

· Strong knowledge of Monitoring tools (HP Site Scope, Diagnostics,
and BMC Best1)

· Experience in Analyze test result and make decision on the basis
of those results

· Identify, Debug and clearly articulate software defects.

· Strong knowledge on scripting languages ©

· Database tuning skills ? ideally MSSQL

· Network analysis skills Wireshark experience required.
