As a Table Saw Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for operating a variety of table saws to cut wood materials according to specified dimensions, while ensuring the highest level of accuracy and quality. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for woodworking, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate various table saws to cut wood materials to specified dimensions
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine cutting specifications
• Adjust and align saw blades, fences, and stops as needed
• Inspect materials for defects and make any necessary adjustments to ensure quality
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety procedures and regulations
• Operate other machinery and equipment as needed
• Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience operating table saws in a woodworking environment
• Knowledge of different types of woods and their properties
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift upto 50 pounds
• Experience with other woodworking machinery is a plus
• Basic math skills and the ability to use measuring tools accurately
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
