Event Worker / Cleaner
Want to be a Superhero? Come join the Comic Con team as an Event Worker/ Cleaner. Around every corner is an exciting adventure, and every role helps save the universe! By working this event for PeopleReady, you will:

• Have the opportunity to become a permanent member of the San Diego Convention Center.

Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $20.42 / hour
What you'll be doing as an Event Worker / Cleaner:

• Remove trash and clean the following areas: restrooms, common areas, exhibit halls, and other designated areas.
• Interact with guests, exhibitors, and other staff members.
• Communicate with management on a timely basis if assistance is needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Available shifts:
Shift timings:1st Shift (Day) and2nd Shift (Afternoon)
Schedule:One paid training day (date TBD)July 24th- July 29thmorning shift: 7:30am - 4:00pm and afternoon shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm
Job requirements:

• Must be able to pass background checks and drug testing.
• Must be comfortable working in a high stress and crowded environment.
• Must have a professional appearance and good communication skills.
• Must have the ability to stand, walk, bend down, walk up/downstairs, and continuously lift up to 75lbs.
• Must work the full event.
