Urgent Hiring For Technical Recruiter (Paid)
at Percept Infosystems Consultants in Maharashtra
Skills Required:
Applicant should possess very excellent written and verbal communication
skills and a good team player and result driven.
Must be expert in sourcing candidates from Job Portals.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) and
the ability to work effectively with a wide range of IT Skills or Technology
personnel.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Sourcing candidates from Job Portals like Dice, Monster, and Career Builder etc.
Should be well versed with the various job boards like Monster, Dice, Career
builder, Indeed, Techfetch, LinkedIn, etc.
Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing
approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a
deep understanding of return on investment.
Full lifecycle recruitment components including, but not limited to, sourcing,
qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, relationship management, and due
diligence.
Understanding the Partner requirements for Candidates and Finding the right
candidate with all aspects of full-cycle recruiting to include requirement
gathering, sourcing, resume evaluation, phone screening, interviewing, salary, and
extending offers.
Should be working with W2 and C2C requirements.
Other activities may be assigned and/or required as part of above activities.
