Full-time Customer Service Representative

at House of Franchise Inc. in Philippines

JOB OBJECTIVES

Customer Service Representative, interacts with customers or franchisee to handle complaints, process job orders and provide information about Company’s products and services, and other queries. Acting as a liaison between franchisee and Company.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media.
2. Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
3. Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
4. Answers questions about warranties or terms.
5. Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport.
6. Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction
7. Inform customer of deals and promotion.
8. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer’s account through open and interactive communication.
9. Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.

SPECIFIC DUTIES

1. Manage incoming calls, emails and customer service inquiries.
2. Will be handling outbound calls including but not limited to updating franchisees about schedules and status of concerns.
3. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right method and company’s policies and procedure including but not limited to Rights to Sell for Additional Siopao Termination, Relocation and Transfer of Ownership.
4. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up with concerned department to ensure resolution.
5. Validate details of reported product complaint to immediately assist franchisees at point of call.
6. Keep records of customer interactions, process custom accounts and maintain customer listings.
7. To document, coordinate and endorse all request or complaints to relevant department as needed.
8. Collate available information, assess defect and provide resolution for job order complaints.
9. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
