JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Conduct inventory count, prepare reconciliation to the company assigned warhouses.
2. Prepare Variance report and summary of findings for submission to the Audit Officer
3. Prepare and submit audit reports with recommendations to Audit Officers
4. Perform other special audits or special projects based on the need of the department and current issues need to be addressed.
5. Will Audit accounts payable trade and non-trade, disbursements with corresponding liquidations, conduct cash count and other expenses under revolving fund replenishments.
6. Check promo reports based on promo period and check if compliant to set mechanics/criteria, submits result to the Audit Supervisor.
7. Update findings in GSheet daily subject for review of the Audit Supervisor.
8. Update month-end working paper review and discussion with concerns department head c/o Audit Supervisor.
9. Perform other special audits/special projects based on the need of the department and current issues need to be addressed.
