JOB SUMMARY
Responsible in providing manpower support, creating and posting job advertisements on job websites and scheduling interviews with potential candidates.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports directly to the Assistant Human Resource Manager
Monitoring of Manpower Request Form & updated Hiring
Posting of Job hiring in all Job Portals (Jobstreet, Kalibrr, Indeed & facebook)
Sourcing & Screening of qualified applicants
Scheduling of Interviews (Initial to Final)
Conducting Initial Interview/s
Coordination with the concern Manager/s regarding final interview/s
Responsible in background checking
Scheduling of Job Offer & sending employment requirements
Checking of employment requirements & coordinate with Agency for the contract signing
Conduct company orientation & endorsement of New Hires to concerned department
Release of Uniform for Helpers & Crews
Updating & encoding of New Hires & Resigned Employees
Perform other task/functions as maybe assigned by the superior from time to time.
