We are seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technician's to join our team. The RBT will work with individuals, particularly children, with autism or developmental disabilities to implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Responsibilities:

- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA

- Collect data on observable client behavior

- Assist in the development of treatment goals and objectives

- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities

- Collaborate with families and caregivers to support client progress

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date session notes

Skills:

- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities

- Knowledge of medical terminology and medical documentation

- Ability to analyze and interpret medical records

- Strong interpersonal skills for working with clients, families, and caregivers

- Proficiency in developing and implementing care plans

- Understanding of behavioral health principles and practices

- Patient care skills for supporting individuals in various settings
