Administrative/Junior Recruitment Support: You will have dedicated support to assist with administrative tasks and junior recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Secure job orders and tenders, working towards becoming a preferred supplier for key clients.
Conduct business development activities, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to placing them in roles and providing after-placement support.
Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and solutions.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, job orders, and candidate placements using our CRM system.
Ensure client satisfaction and aim for repeat business by delivering high-quality recruitment services.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a recruitment or business development role, ideally within the IT industry.
Strong understanding of the IT job market and technical roles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other recruitment tools.
