Full-time Personal Assistant

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and enabling our executives to focus on strategic priorities.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Travel Arrangements: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Communication: Screen phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, responding on behalf of executives as needed.
Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
Event Planning: Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Errands: Run personal and business-related errands as required.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
Coordination: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and operations.
Office Management: Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Project Support: Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Skills:
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Discretion and confidentiality.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
