Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Private Tutor located in New York, NY. The Private Tutor will be responsible for assisting students with their academic needs, providing 1-on-1 tutoring sessions, explaining concepts, solving problems, and offering guidance. The Private Tutor will work closely with students to help them improve their learning skills and achieve their academic goals.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and expertise in the subject(s) being tutored
Experience in tutoring or teaching
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
Patience and empathy towards students
Flexibility and adaptability to meet individual student needs
Bachelor's degree in education or related field (preferred)
Experience with online tutoring platforms (preferred)
