Compliance Executive
at Premier shield Pvt Ltd in Delhi
les and Responsibilities:
Adhere to and comply with statutory provisions such as PF, ESI, Professional Tax, LWF, etc.
Prepare and check documents such as PF Challans, ESI Challans, Professional Tax Challans, LWF Challans, etc.
Submit and return Professional Tax, PF, ESIC, LWF, IW1 documents.
Submit Professional Tax challan monthly and file Monthly/Annual PT returns.
Generate UAN and ESIC numbers.
Send documents, including PF Challan, ESI Challan, duly highlighted ECR of PF and ESI, PT Challan, and salary slips under the Contract Labour Act, to the client monthly.
Continuously update knowledge on changes in payroll laws and regulations and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile:
8. Working knowledge of Accounting.
9. 2-3 years of experience in Payroll processing.
10. Excellent communication skills in Excel and good knowledge of Advanced Excel.
11. Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
12. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
13. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
