Employment Type: 3 month Temporary (August – October)

Job Description:

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your primary responsibility is to provide a warm welcome to visitors and callers, ensuring they receive prompt and courteous service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Provide general information to visitors and callers about the company

Requirements:

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and demeanour
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and punctual

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 37 hours p/wk
