Role Summary: The Oracle HCM Cloud Security Administrator provides technical expertise in Oracle Fusion security administration, specializing in Oracle HCM Cloud role-based security. This role supports HCM security governance, user administration, role-based security, HCM data restriction, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in Oracle HCM Cloud projects, support, and testing.
• Manage Oracle quarterly HCM upgrades and enhancements.
• Support Oracle HCM Cloud security administration.
• Develop custom roles and auto-provisioning rules.
• Ensure security governance and best practices.
• Develop security roles for reports and data restrictions.
• Use HDL/SHDL for user provisioning and mass user management.
• Troubleshoot HCM security issues.
• Create security profiles and data roles.
• Manage elevated user access and HR risk management.
• Implement segregation of duties (SOD) controls.
• Monitor HCM configuration and transactions.
• Handle internal and external audits.
• Administer IDCS console and FAW security roles.
• Support Oracle HCM Cloud modules (HR-core, Recruiting, Benefits, Time & Labor, Payroll, Profile Management, Performance Management).
• Gather and analyze data for functional documentation.
• Test and document security roles.
• Resolve Oracle Service Requests.
• Follow Agile development practices (SAFe, Scrum, Azure DevOps).
• Develop BI Publisher and OTBI reports.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Experience in Oracle Cloud security administration and role-based security.
• Strong data analysis, documentation, and testing skills.
• Proficiency in SQL (Oracle or MS SQL).
• Understanding of Oracle SHDL and HDL capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Visio).
Desired Skills:
• Knowledge of banking/financial industry trends.
• Technical certifications in Oracle Cloud HCM, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and Cyber Security.
