Are you a tech-savvy First Line Support Consultant with experience in 365 administration experience looking for a company that invests in upskilling their staff, then look no further. Join our client's South African team in Johannesburg and learn, grow and form part of a dynamic team!
Minimum Requirements:
A+ Certification
2 years experience in a tier 1 support role
Microsoft 365 administrative experience is essential
Studying toward or certified in Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert (advantageous)
Mac and Windows OS experience essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving ability
Detail-orientated and driven
Valid drivers license and own vehicle
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide first-line support via phone, email, or in-person (travel to client site) for IT-related issues.
Identify, diagnose and troubleshoot issues with hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Escalate more complex issues to Level Two support or appropriate IT personnel
Assist with software installation, upgrades, and patch management of Microsoft Office, antivirus software, etc.
Set up user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions in Active Directory, Office 365, etc.
Log support tickets, resolutions, and troubleshooting procedures in the helpdesk system, for accurate and up-to-date record keeping
Always be willing and eager to learn, upskill and qualify in the required Microsoft Certifications
