Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead Vital Tones. The CEO will be responsible for providing overall strategic direction, securing funding, and forming a talented team to drive the company’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Vision: Provide overall strategic direction and leadership for the company.
Fundraising: Secure funding through various channels to support the company’s growth.
Team Building: Form and manage a talented team to achieve the company's objectives.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers.
Decision Making: Oversee major company decisions and ensure alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

Education: Advanced degree in Business, Medicine, Health Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in executive leadership roles, with a strong track record in securing funding and building successful teams.
Skills: Strong strategic planning, financial oversight, and stakeholder management skills.
Attributes: Visionary leader, excellent communicator, innovative thinker, and effective decision-maker.
Independence: Ability to independently find and apply for funding without direct guidance.

Compensation and Benefits

Deferred Compensation: Compensation will commence once the company secures funding. During the initial period, remuneration will be contingent upon securing financial backing.

Future Opportunities: Potential to transition to a full-time executive role with a guaranteed salary and benefits upon securing the required funding.
