We are an AI and HR startup, and we’re passionate about redefining HR strategies and making a real difference with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) through innovative technology. Our SaaS platform uses AI to help organisations gain insights, avoid bias in hiring, and jump into impactful CSR projects with ease.

We’re searching for a talented individual to spearhead our tech efforts as a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and co-founder. This isn’t just a job; it’s an opportunity to build something meaningful together. We need help with transforming our vision into a technical roadmap and, of course, building the prototype or MVP. If you have any experience in the HR space, that would be incredible.

Ideally, You:
- Have experience in tech development or leadership and love the startup environment.
- Have a strong background in AI, cloud services, and software development.
- Are great at communication and organisation.
