Job Role: As a Sales and Marketing Specialist for our stylist onboarding business, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our network of stylists and customers. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, onboard, and retain talented stylists and customers to our platform.

Package: 25-35k + Incentives
Full time, 80% Field work & 20% Office work

Mandatory skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Relevant experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably within the beauty or fashion industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with stylists.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM software and marketing analytics tools.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed targets and deliver exceptional performance.
Roles & Responsibilities

Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to attract stylists and customers to our platform, including identifying target markets, establishing outreach tactics, and setting sales targets.
Build Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with stylists and customers through effective communication channels, networking events, and partnerships within the beauty and fashion industry.
Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that showcase the benefits of joining our platform to potential stylists, utilizing various channels such as social media, email marketing, and advertising.
Content Creation: Assist in creating compelling content tailored to stylists, including blog posts, case studies, and success stories, to highlight the value proposition of our platform.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to continuously refine our sales and marketing strategies.
Sales Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Customer Success: Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure stylists receive ongoing training and development, addressing any concerns or challenges they may encounter using feedback systems.
