Job Title : Calibration/Receiving Technician
Location : Phoenix, AZ 85023 (Onsite)
Duration : Full Time

Job Description:
• A manufacturing calibration technician is responsible for ensuring that all equipment and tools used in the manufacturing process are functioning at their optimal level.
• This includes calibrating, adjusting, and maintaining a wide range of equipment such as scales, pressure gauges, temperature sensors, and more.
• The technician will also be responsible for documenting calibration procedures and results, as well as troubleshooting any issues that arise during the calibration process.

Key responsibilities:
• Calibrate and maintain a variety of manufacturing equipment and tools
• Conduct routine inspections and tests to ensure equipment accuracy
• Document calibration procedures and results in accordance with company standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the calibration process
• Communicate with production teams to schedule calibrations and minimize downtime
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in calibration techniques
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to improve calibration processes and equipment performance

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in calibration or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing calibration or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
• Knowledge of calibration equipment and tools, as well as industry standards and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
