Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $16.00 - $16.50 / hour
What you'll be doing as anLeasing Consultant:

• Interacting with residents, both existing and potential on behalf of the customer.
• Assist with viewing/touring the property, providing accurate information about each apartment home, properly process rental applications, secure lease agreements from qualified persons, and participate in lease renewals.
• Work with the maintenance team addressing work orders for the property

Available shifts:
Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day) &2nd Shift (Evening)
Job requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to commute within Fresno / Clovis area with own vehicle
• Sales related role.
• 1 year customer service
• Strong computer skills
• Interacting with existing and potential residents.
• Assist with views / tours of property, process rental applications, secure lease agreements, new lease renewals.
• Background Check Required
• Drug Test Required
