Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition & Business Development:
○ Drive business growth through direct and indirect sales.
○ Identify, acquire, and manage potential clients for real estate solutions.
○ Provide customized portfolio solutions to clients based on their risk/return and
liquidity profile.
2. Revenue Generation & Lead Closure:
○ Maximize revenue generation by identifying new leads and opportunities.
○ Leverage social and public media marketing campaigns to enhance lead closure
rates.
○ Closereal estate deals efficiently and ensure a seamless transaction process
from Calling sourcing to ROI generation.
3. Client Relationship Management:
○ Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by offering excellent pre
and post-sales services.
○ Advise clients on real estate investments to help meet their financial goals.
○ Ensure client satisfaction for long-term wealth retention.
4. Brand Development:
○ Promote Square Yards as a brand by ensuring top-notch service standards in line
with company policies.
○ Develop marketing and brand-building initiatives to establish a strong presence in
the market.
5. Transaction Management & Deal Closure:
○ Oversee the entire real estate transaction process from lead generation to deal
closure.
○ Ensure smooth transaction management, aligning with the clientÂ’s investment
objectives and ROI expectations.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
○ Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to
drive efficiency and meet client needs.
