Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
AWS Certified: AWS Database Specialty.
Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate.
Experience:

5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the financial industry.
Familiarity with at least one Enterprise Agile Framework (e.g., Kanban, SAFe, SCRUM).
Practical experience in Database Access Management and Database Security (DB Hardening, DB Audit, DB Policies).
Proficient in MS SQL Server database administration, including management of "Always On Availability Groups."
Experience in MS SQL Server performance optimization.
Skills:

Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
Desired Additional Skills:

Experience with workload automation scheduling tools (e.g., Control-M).
Knowledge of PostgreSQL.
Strong programming skills, particularly in Python and other languages.
