Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $17 - $17 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
What you'll be doing as an Quality Control Specialist:

• Perform required quality tests and checks as required by the Quality Control Plan in MES.
• Test finished goods, accurately record the results and document checks into the quality database.
• Promptly and accurately communicate all quality and product performance related issues to both the production and quality staff.
• Escalate serious or unresolved quality and product performance issues to management.
• Ensure that non-conforming product is identified, complete related traceback activities and reports (Out of Specs Backtracking workout form), and quarantine as necessary in MRB and physically in the QC Lanes.
• Validate the start of a Work Order and complete Sign-off sheet.
• Verify Hot Stamp and Print Standard and keep samples.
• Complete Lay Out inspections, each TWD and/or Designated HWD lines once per shift, fill Layout Report.
• Attain average time to test sample processing time to standard average.
• Assist in maintaining Scrap reduction.
• Continuous monitoring of Sample Dashboard for adherence to Sample Attainment KPI (%Resolution coils tested).
• Complete all tests relevant to every Dynamic System's sample (manual or automatic) for adhe
