Job Title: Finance Business Data Analyst (Advanced SQL & AWS)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Data Analyst with strong experience
in data querying, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have
advanced SQL skills, experience with AWS environments, the ability to query in
Starburst, and basic Python skills for data wrangling. Familiarity with bond
ratings and financial data is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced SQL queries to analyze and retrieve data from multiple
sources.
Query and extract data in a Starburst environment.
Utilize AWS services to manage and store data securely.
Use Python for data wrangling, cleaning, and creating CSV exports.
Analyze and interpret financial data, with a focus on bond ratings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define business
requirements.
Prepare clear, actionable reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Business Data Analyst.
Advanced SQL skills (complex joins, subqueries, etc.).
Familiarity with AWS environment (S3, Redshift, etc.).
Experience querying in Starburst.
Basic Python skills for data manipulation and automation.
Knowledge of bond ratings and financial data is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred:

Experience working with large datasets in a cloud environment.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
