Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and driven individuals for the role of Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) in our B2C segment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in additional languages such as Hindi or other Southern languages being a plus. As part of our sales team, you will play a key role in driving business growth through the conversion of leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and other channels to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct outbound calls to warm and cold leads, explaining the company's products/services and benefits.
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into successful sales.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs every month.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 0-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role (B2C experience preferred).
Language Skills:
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Proficiency in Hindi plus a South language (TAMIL is plus)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
