Position: Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
B2B Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B sales and marketing strategy to grow partnerships with corporate clients, travel agencies, hotels, and event management companies.
Client Acquisition: Identify potential B2B clients and actively engage with them through direct marketing activities, including cold calling, networking events, and face-to-face meetings.
Partnerships and Alliances: Establish strategic partnerships with complementary luxury brands and services to enhance MKV's presence and offer value-added services.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative marketing initiatives.
Sales Targets: Set, track, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, providing regular reporting on progress and performance.
Event Participation: Represent MKV at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to generate leads and raise brand awareness.
Budget Management: Manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring all activities deliver maximum ROI.
Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery for B2B clients.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the luxury car rental, automotive, or high-end hospitality industries, with a strong focus on B2B.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in generating and closing B2B sales through direct marketing efforts.
Skills:
Strong understanding of direct marketing tactics and B2B lead generation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and optimize performance.
Experience in managing marketing budgets and delivering ROI.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is preferred.
Location Knowledge: Familiarity with the Dubai luxury market and an established network of contacts within the corporate, hospitality, or event sectors is a plus.
Driving License: Valid UAE driving license required.
