Skills
Hands-on experience repairing, maintaining, and replacing complex mechanical and electrical equipment components
Minimum 3 years of experience with semiconductor manufacturing equipment

Responsibilities
Check and maintain equipment within factory standard specifications
Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of the system equipment
Serve as a company liaison with customers for assigned projects
Perform complex repair maintenance or unit replacement
Provide technical support to customers and resolve equipment issues
Identify and report equipment errors and performance issues
Maintain accurate documentation and provide periodic reports
Conduct training for customer personnel on service and operations
Collaborate with other technicians in the field
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
5-7 years of related experience in a customer-facing role
Knowledge of Linux operating system preferred
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate effectively
Must be comfortable working in cleanroom environments and comply with safety requirements
