Job Offer: Walmart Grocery Dedicated Driver - $1,000 Sign-On Bonus (SOB)
Position: Dedicated driver
Pay: $0.56 - $0.63 per mile based on experience
Key Benefits:
Home Time: Home daily
Freight Coverage: Deliveries in VA, NC, MD, PA, and WV
Schedule: 5 on, 2 off; additional shifts available by request
Freight Handling: No-touch freight
Consistent Work: Tenured 24/7 operations support
Equipment:
Newer model day cab for slip seating
Compensation:
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000
$500 after the first load
$500 after 30 days
Training Pay: $125 for on-site training, $50 per ride-along
Stop Pay: $20 per stop
Benefits:
Vacation:
1 year = 1 week vacation
2 years = 2 weeks vacation
7 years = 3 weeks vacation
Total of 4 weeks at 10 years
Requirements:
Must have personal transportation to and from the DC daily
