Our services include slab inventory, custom templating, handcrafted fabrication and professional installation of all natural stone surfaces as well as many quartz surfaces. Our professional and dedicated sales staff, complemented by our experienced fabrication and installation personnel, are ready to deliver quality projects with industry-leading delivery times without sacrificing quality and service. We are currently looking to hire a skilled CNC Machinist at Stone Edge Marble and Granite Inc, who would possess a strong mechanical aptitude and be proficient in operating CNC machinery. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all machining processes.

What will I be doing?
Specifically, the right candidate will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
· Operate CNC machines to fabricate components according to specifications
· Set up and adjust machine tools for optimal performance and efficiency
· Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical documents to ensure accurate machining of parts
· Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments
· Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations necessary for machining tasks
· Assemble machined parts as required, ensuring quality control throughout the process
· Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and workflows
· Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times
This provides a general overview of the role; however, actual duties and responsibilities will vary depending on business needs
