Telesales Executive
at Guide2Protect Insurance Web Aggregator Private Limited in West Bengal
Need serious candidate to work full time (Inhouse) for a fintech company in Saltlake, Kolkata, West Bengal. Experience in selling Insurance and other investment related products will be preferred.
Min experience of 1 to 5 years in cross selling various insurance products like health, motor, term and life Insurance will be preferred.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Calling clients.
Explain relevant products based on client need.
On boarding New clients digitally.
Meet the revenue target
Cross selling to existing clients.
Lead Generation and Follow-up: Contacting potential customers who have shown interest in purchasing insurance products through various channels like online inquiries or previous engagements.
Product Knowledge: Providing detailed information about different insurance policies (health, life, motor, etc.) to customers, helping them understand the features and benefits of each policy.
Sales and Conversion: Convincing and persuading customers to purchase the right insurance policies based on their needs. The role is target-driven, and meeting sales quotas is essential.
Customer Interaction: Handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, resolving concerns, and providing solutions to help them with the purchase process.
Cross-Selling and Up-Selling: Recommending additional insurance products or higher-value policies to increase sales revenue.
Maintaining Records: Updating customer details and call outcomes in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software for future follow-ups and analysis.
Compliance and Ethics: Ensuring that all sales activities are conducted following the company's policies, insurance industry regulations, and guidelines, while maintaining transparency with the customers.
Collaboration with Teams: Working closely with underwriters, policy experts, and customer service teams to ensure smooth end-to-end transactions for customers.
Salary : upto Rs.3,00,000 per annum + incentives
