Job Summary:

As a Franchisee, you will own and operate a franchise business, leveraging the brand, systems, and support provided by the Franchisor. Your primary responsibility is to manage and grow the business, ensuring its financial success and adherence to the Franchisor's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Operations:
- Manage day-to-day operations, including staff supervision.
- Maintain high-quality products/services.
- Ensure compliance with Franchisor's standards and policies.
2. Financial Management:
- Manage finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
- Meet sales and revenue targets.
- Control expenses and optimize profitability.
3. Marketing and Sales:
- Implement local marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets.
4. Human Resources:
- Recruit, train, and manage staff.
- Foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws.
5. Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service.
