Job description
Hiring truck driver and owner-operators for US and Canada long-haul and local lines at Harlen Trucking Inc.
About the Role
• Drive as single or as part of team ensuring safe transportation of goods.
• Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle condition and safety.
• You will also be required to oversee the condition of your vehicle, inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
• Accurately record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption for future reference.
• A strong understanding of truck operations and safety procedures.
Requirements
• Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
• Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
• Driving record check (abstract-3 years)
• Minimum 3 years experience working as a truck driver/owner-operator
• Drug Test
• Criminal record check
Lines
• Available lines Canada-wide:
- Toronto to Montreal
- Toronto to Alberta
- Toronto to BC
• Toronto to USA

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment
This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions and may require overtime.
Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $90,000, depending on experience and location.
