25% of Fees Collected: Earn 25% of fees from delivering client fundraising roadshows and services.
20% Success Fee on Capital Raised: Uncapped earning potential with 20% of success fees from capital raised for clients.
Contract Term: 1 year with a renewal option
Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute global fundraising roadshows in asset management for our clients.
Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth.
Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
Deliver valuable investor insights to Connect Group and stakeholders.
Leverage existing infrastructure to maximize performance and results.

What You Bring
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, consulting, or business development.
5+ years of B2B Account Management
Proven success working with senior executives and decision-makers.
A background in private wealth or finance is highly desirable but optional.
Strong self-starter who can excel in a remote work environment on a performance-based pay structure.
Native or near-native fluency in English.
