- Monitor client accounts and ensure timely delivery of services and products.
- Address and resolve client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to deliver on client expectations.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients regarding their accounts and performance metrics.
- Conduct client satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market changes to better serve client needs.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, or a related role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
