Lead Generation & Follow-Up

Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads for IT products and services.
Explain IT solutions, products, and services to prospective clients and address inquiries.
Follow up with clients to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Customer Support & Relationship Building

Respond to inbound inquiries and provide information about IT solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure client retention.
Assist in resolving customer queries or complaints regarding IT products or services.
Sales Coordination

Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
Update and maintain a database of customer interactions, leads, and feedback.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead conversion targets.
Market Research & Insights

Research market trends and identify potential opportunities for business growth.
Provide feedback to the management team regarding client needs and market demands.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain technical products and services in a clear and concise manner.
Proficiency in handling client objections and negotiating effectively.
Basic knowledge of IT products, services, and industry trends.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite is an advantage.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Previous experience in telecalling or customer support (preferably in IT).
Basic understanding of IT solutions such as software, hardware, and networking.
