Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients and existing customers, providing product/service information, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
-Outbound Calls: Make calls to potential customers to introduce products/services, generate interest, and promote sales.
-Customer Engagement: Respond to inbound queries from customers and provide accurate information on products/services.
-Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales leads, and updates in the CRM system.
-Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s offerings and use this knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
-Customer Satisfaction: Provide high-quality customer service by addressing concerns, offering solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
-Follow-up: Follow up with potential leads, remind customers about offers, and encourage them to make decisions in a timely manner.
-Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales or lead generation targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
-Reporting: Provide regular feedback on customer interactions and market trends to the management team.

Requirements:
-Education: High school diploma, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience (preferred).
-Experience: Previous experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills:
-Excellent verbal communication skills.
-Ability to listen actively and address customer concerns effectively.
-Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (preferred).
