Qualifications:



Position Functions or Responsibilities:



The Technical Writer hired will develop and publish the agency?s
Enterprise Architecture standards as they pertain to the Master Data
Management program. This includes, but is not limited to, National
Information Exchange Model (NIEM) implementation standards, Data Reference
Model standards and knowledge transfer whitepapers governing the agency?s
Enterprise Service Bus interfaces with the MDM repositiory. These
activities will support the MDM central client repository and
interoperability initiatives.



Desirable Experience for This Positions

1. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. *
2. Five or more years experience writing specifications, process flows,
business processes, and end user documentation for web-based computer
applications; experience with large, complex .Net systems preferred.
Demonstrated experience with software development lifecycle. *( 30
Points)
3. Five or more years professional experience in technical writing and
editing for print materials/ publications and on-line help. Must have
exemplary writing skills: able to write properly-constructed sentences, use
punctuation effectively, and proofread work thoroughly for errors. Technical Writer jobs
