Senior Functional PeopleSoft HR Consultant

Author business requirements docs, functional design docs, and detailed process flows; will review and edit technical designs, test scenarios, test strategy docs and detailed test cases. May participate in testing as well.
Facilitate the prioritization process across multiple stakeholders. Provide functional support of applications, working directly with clients in managing their requests, and translating functional requirements to technical specifications through hands-on analysis.
Successfully utilize prior experience in applying methodology and best practices. Use standard techniques to elicit and document business requirements and effectively identify process inefficiencies and make suggestions for modifications.
Proactively identify bottlenecks and areas of opportunities. Make recommendations for potential process and/or system changes.
