Full-time QA Team Lead

QA Tester



Location: Milwaukee, WI



Duration: 6 Months

Experience:

. A minimum of 2 years experience in testing of web based applications

. Experience in performing end-to-end test process for complex enterprise

solutions

. Experience in full life-cycle solution delivery projects

. Experience in Java or other object oriented programming language

. Ability to use SQL queries for QA tasks

. Understanding of Software QA methodologies, tools and approaches (black

box and/or automated testing) in a software company with short release

cycles

. Experience with test automation tools or frameworks such as Selenium or

TestNG - Nice to Have

. Experience, interest and adaptability to working in a Waterfall or

Lean/Agile delivery environment

. Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication

skills

. Passion for QA and testing.

. Attention to detail, effective communicator, and focus on quality

. Quick learner of technology solution and business operations

. Bachelor's in Engineering/Science or Mathematics (Computer Science

preferred)
