ORACLE APPS (Payroll) Functional Consultant



*Skills Required: *



Payroll Functional Consultant


– At least 2 full cycle implementation experience in implementing Oracle
eBiz Payroll module for US clients


– Proposes process improvement opportunities and influences client?s
thought process where appropriate
– Has in-depth Configuration/Setup knowledge in Oracle eBiz Payroll
that includes creating fast formulae
– Produces design documents for RICE objects: RDs and MDs ,
Functional design documents, GAPS as per Oracle AIM methodology
– Has worked with Service providers like ADP as part of
Implementation
– Active participation in User Acceptable Testing, parallel payroll
testing, check reconciliation and go-live activities.


– Extensive experience in running conference room pilots, product
demonstrations and client presentations
– Excellent verbal and written communication
– Accountable for delivery, is flexible, takes initiatives and achieve
results with minimal supervision.
– Knowledge in other HRMS modules such as Compensation and Benefits is
preferred
– Overall 7+ years of experience in Oracle eBiz (HRMS)
