Duties and Responsibilities
QA Processes knowledge (SDLC)
QC use and knowledge for defect reporting
Project Portfolio Management knowledge (especially using the Clarity Tool.)Excellent MS Office skills (PowerPoint, excel)
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the IT Quality Assurance field
Understanding of quality processes and process documentation
Strong analytical skills
Background in best practice analysis, benchmarking, and continuous improvement
Good presentation and communication skills
