Our client is looking for a Business Analyst t to join their IT Team.

This individual will act as a member of the process team working with Business users to analyze and

document business processes and requirements. This is an exciting and varied position covering a wide range of supporting activities.





Job Duties



· Document and define opportunities for business process improvements; formulate recommendations to support business activities



· Conduct business process reengineering



· Participates in meetings with Business users to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions.

· Reviews, analyzes and evaluates applications against user need for modifications or enhancement in appropriate applications



· Listens and communicates effectively to users



· Assists in creating basic test scenarios to be used in testing the business applications in order to verify that requirements are incorporated into the system design.



· Executes systems test from existing test plans. Assists in analyzing testing results in all phases.



· Prepares workflow, project plan, project scope document and other documentation, as required to manage and track the activities of assigned projects
