Our client is currently looking for an experienced Human Resources Assistant.
Responsible for:
Recruiting new staff
Handling sensitive ER issues/Conducting investigations
Assisting in auditing HR Functions and analyzing results
Data entry into the HRIS
Assisting in the on-boarding of new employees
Keeping abreast of new legislation, changes in the Human Resources field as well as to establishing a network within the HR community
Requirements:
Must possess a sound knowledge of management-labor relations, employment law, practices and procedures within Human Resources Management
Must have 2 years of Human Resources experience.
Must possess a 2 year college degree in human resources or business management
