Part-time Human Resource Assistant

Our client is currently looking for an experienced Human Resources Assistant.



Responsible for:

• Recruiting new staff

• Handling sensitive ER issues/Conducting investigations

• Assisting in auditing HR Functions and analyzing results

• Data entry into the HRIS

• Assisting in the on-boarding of new employees

• Keeping abreast of new legislation, changes in the Human Resources field as well as to establishing a network within the HR community

Requirements:

• Must possess a sound knowledge of management-labor relations, employment law, practices and procedures within Human Resources Management

• Must have 2 years of Human Resources experience.

• Must possess a 2 year college degree in human resources or business management
