Experience:

• 10+ years IT experience.
• 10+ years experience in working with Oracle database technologies.
• 10+ years experience of both functional and technical knowledge in supporting Oracle e-Business Suite in an enterprise setting.
• 10+ years of experience with supporting Oracle SSO, OIM, OBIEE, Data Guard, Oracle RAC, ASM, and Sun Cluster on Linux and Solaris systems.
• Exposure to other RDBMS systems such as MySQL and SQL Server.
• Minimum of 5 years designing complex, integrated application solutions.
• Experience in utilizing a methodology and/or framework for driving architecture processes, deliverables, and service delivery is preferred.
• Examples include TOGAF, ZACHMAN, and ITIL v3.
• Experience in the techniques used to build highly scalable, economically feasible and high-performing systems, both backend and web-based systems.
• Experience managing large volumes of content, both structured and unstructured.
• Expertise in optimizing the integration of multiple technologies to include: OS (Windows/.Net, Unix/AIX), Relational Technology (SQL Server/Oracle), Enterprise Applications (SAP, SharePoint), Network (WAN, LAN, Internal and External internet).
• Strong working knowledge of modern software development languages including such as J2EE or .NET technologies.
• Strong technical expertise and functional exposure to Oracle eBusiness Suite (release 12 and 11i).
• 10 years working with customers to build and formulate business requirements.
• 10 years of hands-on experience developing documentation, white papers and presentations to all levels of management and technical staff.
• Exposure to business theory, business process development, governance processes, management and budgeting.
• Understand and execute the IT processes of Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Configuration Management.

Knowledge

• Knowledge of infrastructure components, middleware and SOA.
• Knowledge of Application Design, Development, and Testing – Software Life Cycle Management techniques and Tools for managing requirements, processes, and object versioning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degrees in a related field or equivalent experience
• Certifications in Oracle 10g/11g administration and/or advanced technologies (RAC, ASM, etc.) a plus.

• Travel (domestic & international) as required – up to 10%
