HR Recruiter needs 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment. 3 yearsÂ’ experience in Human Resources required.
HR Recruiter requires:
 Experience working in a high-volume recruitment environment with full life cycle recruitment. –
 Strong attention to detail
 Ability to come on-site during the training period.
 Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
 Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment.
 3 yearsÂ’ experience in Human Resources required.
 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
HR Recruiter duties:
 Assist in the development of recruiting processes and practices that support the goals and direction of the Human Resources Department.
 Research and source candidates through advanced search techniques
 Generate recruitment reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing recruiting data and trends
